Packages within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a charge of £6.50 including insurance. Alternative shipping is available upon request.

Packages are sent via Federal Express (FedEx) at a standard charge of £50 for shipping and insurance. Alternative shipping is available upon request.

Customs Duty: |
All International shipping (outside of the EU) is subject to local customs and duties, which are not included in the price of shipping the item. These duties are payable by you and normally directly to the carrier (e.g. FedEx) who will clear the shipment on your behalf, however this does vary country by country. The amount of duty payable depends on the item shipped, the country shipped to, and is completely out of our control. As an example USA customs charge 5.5% plus a processing fee of $5. This is payable directly to FedEx. For further information please contact us directly.

VAT and Taxes: |
All UK and European Union orders will be subject to VAT at 15% which will be added to the purchase price.

Return Policy: |
We have complete confidence you will be happy with your purchase. However if not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund if you return your item within 10 days of receipt, provided the item has not been worn and is returned in it's original condition and packaging. However we will not refund the shipping and insurance costs, or the costs of returning the item to us, unless there was an error on our part.
In addition please note that we do not offer any refund on bespoke items made especially for you.
